I am passionate eCommercer, Visionary, Technician, Trainer and Implementer. Since a long time I specialized to consider the interaction “Man – Machine – Man” holistically, to optimize and customize emotionally pleasant and effective solutions.
In my seminars and trainings I teach basic knowledge about the relationships between marketing, sales, purchasing and technology in eCommerce or omniChannel.

Often, we find the situation that the strategy is still relatively clear – although often not without contradiction.
